Possessing antioxidant and anti-inflammatory characteristics, turmeric helps the skin bring out its natural glow and lustre.

Being a natural antiseptic, Turmeric helps prevent bacteria from spreading and thereby controlling Acne. It also contains curcumin, which inhibits hyperpigmentation in the skin and naturally fades dark spots over time as well as preventing them from appearing.

We make this product through saponification, by combining oils and lye. The soaps have a creamy texture, a rich lather, and an intensive scent. The best thing is that we prepare them using organic oils and butter.

How is a cold-processed soap different?

The first usage of soap can be traced back to ancient Babylonia as early as 2800 B.C. Inscriptions on the excavated cylinders indicate that fats were boiled with wood ashes and water. 

The modern saponification process requires Sodium Hydroxide or Lye, an alkali to turn oil into soap, none of which remains in the finished product. The chemical ones came in commercially after World War 1 in response to a shortage of fats to make soaps.

Directions

1. Rub the wet soap on the moist body until it lathers.
2. Alternatively, you can also rub the soap in your palms until it lathers, then spread it on your body.
3. Scrub using a loofah or shower mitt then rinse off gently.
