Shipping and Delivery

  1. Herbal Me products are shipped Pan India with the help of reputed and trusted logistics partners.
  2. Free shipping is available on orders worth Rs 699/- and above.
  3. COD (Cash on Delivery) services are available on all the orders irrespective of the order value.
  4. All orders are shipped within 24 hours from our New Delhi warehouse with the exception of Sundays or public holidays, where it can take up to 48 hours.
  5. All Herbal Me products are further packed in strong ship-worthy courier boxes for their safety.
  6. All shipments are delivered within 2 to 5 days Pan India except in some cases where delivery may be delayed due to local situations, regional holidays, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances. In case of any further delay please contact customer care on WhatsApp or call between 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  7. Once the customer has taken delivery of the product in good condition, the company ceases all responsibility for any damage after that.


Eligibility for Return

We take the utmost care to deliver the parcel to your doorstep, employing the best logistics services and packaging. Thus, only unopened and unused products, with their seal intact and not damaged in any manner, can be considered for a valid return.

  1. The return request can be initiated within 24 hours of the delivery. Post that no request will be accepted by the company.

  3. The following information is mandatory for a return request:- Order number and registered contact number 
    -Pictures and video of the product
    -Clear picture of the shipping label on the courier box
    -Reason for return
  4. Once the request has been submitted it will take 2 to 3 working days to verify the request.
  5. Upon approval of the request, a return pick up charge of Rs.100/- will be applicable and must be paid by the customer.
  6. After the receipt of the return parcel by the company, it will be checked and verified for its sellable condition.Once approved the payment will be done via RazorPay (in case of prepaid orders) or by UPI (in case of COD orders).
  7. Please note the shipping charge paid earlier will not be refundable.


Exchange

Exchange of products is possible on all orders subject to a valid reason acceptable to the Company. Once approved, all the points of the Return Policy must be followed including a return pick up charge of Rs.100/- to be paid by the customer.


Cancellation

The order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the same by clicking on the cancel option in the WhatsApp message received from our logistics partner. You can also directly WhatsApp or call on the customer care number during office hours (10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday) along with your Order ID.
