2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, order weight, and applicable offers.
- Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed during checkout and may vary depending on courier availability and regional conditions.
Typical delivery timelines (India):
- Metro cities: approx. 3–5 business days
- Other locations: approx. 5–7 business days
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier disruptions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues.
3. Delivery Coverage
HM Herbal Me currently ships across:
- All serviceable locations within India
- Indian Territories
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses where courier service permits
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking details.
Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For any future international shipments:
- Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.
- HM Herbal Me has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
We take great care in packaging your products securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged product.
- Contact our support team promptly with photos and order details.
