This therapeutic-grade oil can be used daily.
For SKIN
Gently massage your face or body by taking a few drops of oil. Take your time; there is no rush. Focus on your pores, and make sure you cover the spread properly. Leave it on overnight or for at least 30 minutes, then gently cleanse with a mild cleanser.
For HAIR
Massage the scalp gently after slightly warming the oil. It produces its best result if left overnight or for at least an hour. Wash and gently rinse with a natural/mild shampoo.

I had been using one from Soulflower, but it had quite a strong smell. Although, it initially worked well on my skin, it irritated my skin after around a week, and my skin broke out around my mouth and nose. I was thinking of ditching the Jojoba oil thing altogether, but because it had helped so much initially, I decided to give it another try with a different brand. So, while searching on Google, I came across this site and ordered one because they claimed it to be organic.
So far, I like the oil very much. It hasn't broken me out at all. Also, it doesn't have the strong smell as the Soulflower one (it still has some faint nutty smell.) I am glad I didn't give up on Jojoba oil. It is the best oil if you have congested skin.
I will give one suggestion about the packaging. The bottle is hard to open because of that smooth plastic cap. It is hard to rotate it, if there is moisture or oil on the fingers. It would be better if it had some texture for some grip. It is easier to open it that way.
